A human-directed AI project factory with stable Normal operation and a programmable Lightning profile on one shared safety and resource chassis.

This map is intentionally large. It joins the conversation model, immutable product-to-release tree, departmental factory, provider Account Hub, documentation truth, read-only observability, production boundary, cross-project coordination, and Lightning runtime. No dashboard controls work. Intelligence roles decide; boards remember; typed services enforce narrow security, budget, identity, and promotion invariants.
